Refund Policy

Every item at My Groove Shop is made to order just for you, so we don't stock inventory or accept the kind of no-questions returns you'd see with off-the-shelf goods. That said, we stand behind our work — if something arrives wrong, damaged, or defective, we'll make it right.

30-Day Quality Guarantee

If there's a print defect, a manufacturing flaw, or any other quality issue with your order, reach out within 30 days of delivery at support@mygrooveshop.com with a photo of the item and your order number. We'll review it and take care of you quickly — no hassle.

This guarantee covers defects and errors on our end. It does not cover items ordered in the wrong size, a change of heart on color or style, or general buyer's remorse.

Replacements & Refunds

If we confirm a defect or a mistake on our end, we'll send a free replacement — no need to send anything back to us.

If a replacement isn't possible or you'd rather not wait for a new one, let us know when you contact us and we'll issue a refund instead.

If you ordered the wrong size or simply want a different size or style, keep the item — there's no need to return it — and we'll send you a 50% discount code to reorder the correct one. No return shipping required.

Items Not Eligible for Return or Refund

• Wrong size selected at checkout
• Change of mind after ordering (buyer's remorse)
• Ordering the wrong product or design
• A change in color or style preference after the order is placed

For any of the above, a new order will need to be placed at the customer's cost, though the 50% reorder discount described above applies to sizing and ordering mistakes.

Ineligible Exchanges

We're unable to accept exchanges for items that have been worn, washed, or altered, that are missing their original tags, or that were purchased as final sale. We reserve the right to decline any request that doesn't meet these conditions.

Our Mistakes

If we got something wrong — the wrong size, color, or design shipped, or a production error on our part — tell us within the 30-day guarantee window and we'll fix it at no cost to you.
